The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is an increasingly popular instrument to visualize business models and review the market fitness of startups. Learn how to use these as a tool to define key performance indicators – depending on your needs.
You have the opportunity to develop and modify your business idea to a business concept as a business model is part of a business strategy. You will be guided through the Canvas model. The lean template with its nine blocks and their interactions will be described step by step. You may also have the chance to present your Canvas model and receive feedback and further ideas from other participants and trainer.
No previous knowledge is required or assumed for this training, which is both useful to beginners and people with some initial experience.
The Startup Academy is a program for Scientific Startups from the Potsdam Science Park and Future Entrepreneurs.
Different modules, interactive exercises, sufficient breaks and a mix of modalities (zoom, breakout rooms, phone, walk&talk) will be mixed throughout the day.
