Turn your startup idea into an impact-driven business model
How can your startup create meaningful impact while building a viable business model? This interactive online workshop introduces early-stage founders to practical tools for developing impact-oriented business models.
You will learn the fundamentals of impact logic using the Impact Staircase (“Wirkungstreppe”) and explore how startup activities translate into outputs, outcomes, and societal impact. The session also introduces the Impact Canvas, a tool that helps founders connect problems, stakeholders, solutions, and intended impact within a coherent business model, along with practical examples of sustainable business models.
Through guided exercises, you will apply selected tools directly to your own startup idea.

Trainer
Dr. Charleen von Kolpinski ist Programmleiterin des Impact Incubator bei Potsdam Transfer (Universität Potsdam) und entwickelt Förderprogramme für Impact-Start-ups in der Frühphase. Mit ihrem Hintergrund als Forscherin und Dozentin an der Technischen Universität Berlin unterstützt sie Hochschul-Spin-offs beim Aufbau nachhaltiger Geschäftsmodelle und engagiert sich für den Wandel hin zu einer regenerativen Gesellschaft.
