- What exactly is my business/product idea?
- What are the specifications/quality requirements?
- Where is my market?
- Who are my customers?
- What is the unique selling point (USP)?
- What is the competition doing (benchmarking)?
- Do we need strategic or financial partners/investors?
During this workshop participants are led to insights independently. The most important "take-home message" - only in a team and with enthusiasm can you turn an idea from research into a business.
