How to incorporate sustainability into your business concept: define your impact II
The sustainability workshop part II serves to develop a logic model based on the business concept. By going through the 7 steps of the logic model for sustainable action, participants can think critically about the positive and negative effects of their business actions. They will also discuss how to determine key figures on "soft sustainable facts".
Using the IOOI logic model, participants will learn how to look for and determine their outcomes and impacts when starting a business. The workshop aims to precisely define the concise solutions for social and/or environmental impact.
You can also participate in only one of the two sustainability workshops. It is not mandatory to participate in both parts.
Trainer
Anett Lommatzsch arbeitet seit 2011 als Beraterin für Gründungen und bestehende Unternehmen. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen auf der Organisationsentwicklung und Strategieberatung.
