Team Leadership Workshop

Join us for a three-day, immersive workshop led by Hanna Saraketo, an experienced coach from Finland’s Proakatemia, and Sade Elo, an accomplished team entrepreneur. With their extensive knowledge in self-directed learning and team dynamics, they will guide participants through practical leadership skills to help you lead teams with confidence and purpose.

Day 1: The Power of Teams – Going Beyond the Sum of Their Parts (10:00 - 17:00)

• Learn how leaders build trust to foster a strong, cohesive team environment.

Day 2: Building Psychological Safety in Teams (10:00 - 17:00)

• Understand how to create a safe space for team members to thrive.
• Learn how to turn personal learning contracts into team contracts, ensuring mutual commitment.
• Explore team roles and how to construct a balanced, effective team.

Day 3: The Art and Act of Providing Feedback (10:00 - 14:00)

• Learn the delicate art of giving constructive feedback that inspires growth and improvement.
